- Cauliflower - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fish Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Mushroom seasoning - 1 teaspoon

Prepare the ingredients.
