Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 34.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - to taste
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - ¼ teaspoon
- Natural Yogurt - 8.8 oz
- Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Mint - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lightly drizzle the salmon pieces with oil, sprinkle with pepper mix and sesame seeds. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a convection oven at 338°F for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater and drain excess juice. Mix the yogurt with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle the prepared salmon pieces with cucumber sauce and garnish with tomato.
