- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Pineapple - 3.5 oz
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Green onion tops - 2 pieces
- Habanero Pepper - 1 piece
- Fresh basil leaves - ¼ cup
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salmon bellies - 4 pieces

In a small bowl, mix lime juice, honey, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Add peeled and finely diced cucumbers, diced pineapple, finely chopped onion, minced jalapeño, and finely chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
