Salmon with Grainy Mustard

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet - 4 pieces
  • Grainy Mustard - 4 teaspoons
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped chives - 1½ tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F, line a small baking tray with foil.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the mustard, olive oil, and chives.

Step 3

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4

Spread the mustard mixture over the fish. Bake for 6 minutes.

Step 5

Then turn on the broiler and grill the fish approximately 15 cm from the heat for 4 minutes, until the mustard crust is golden brown.
