Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 28.2 oz
- Pitted olives - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend olives, chopped garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and half of the parsley in a blender.
Step 2
Place the fish in a baking dish, drizzle with the remaining oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
