Salmon with Savoy Cabbage
Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 21.2 oz
- White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Submerge 8 cabbage leaves in salted boiling water for 5 minutes, dry on a paper towel, and remove the central thick part of the leaf. Keep 4 of the most beautiful leaves and finely chop the rest.
Step 2
Season the chopped leaves with salt and place them in the center of the whole leaves, then place a piece of salmon on each leaf.
Step 3
Wrap the fish in the cabbage like a napkin, secure with a toothpick, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place the finished packets in a steamer and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
