Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Broth - 7 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon - ½ pieces
- Ginger - 0.2 oz
- Lemongrass - 0.4 oz
- Champignons - 4 pieces
- Sprouted legumes - 0.7 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.2 oz
- Cilantro - 0.2 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ghee - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, heat the chicken broth until it comes to a boil, then reduce the heat so that the broth is barely simmering.
Step 2
Add dried lemon grass, grated ginger, sliced mushrooms, and chili pepper to the saucepan. Cook for twenty minutes, then squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the broth, crush a garlic clove, add a tablespoon of soy sauce, chopped cilantro, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 3
Remove the lemongrass. Melt clarified butter in a skillet and sauté the salmon until cooked through.
Step 4
Transfer to a deep plate, pour in the broth, and add bean sprouts and fresh cilantro leaves.
