Ingredients

  • Salted crackers - 7.1 oz
  • Large eggs - 2 pieces
  • Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Potato - 9.7 oz
  • Peanut Butter - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Using a sharp knife, cut the piece of meat lengthwise, then cut each half into 4 pieces. Then cut each piece into 1 cm cubes and transfer to a bowl. In a cup, mix the Worcestershire sauce and mustard, pour over the meat, and mix well.

Step 2

Peel the onion and cut it in half, then thinly slice into half-rings. Wash the potato and cut it into 1 cm cubes without peeling. Place in a pot, cover with boiling water, add salt, cover with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer to a colander and cover with a towel to absorb the steam.

Step 3

Then, in a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil until it starts to smoke, add the sliced onion, stir, and sauté for 3 minutes until golden brown over high heat. Push the onion to one side of the skillet, turn the heat to high, add the potato, and brown until crispy, stirring as needed. If necessary, add a little more oil. Season with salt and pepper, and mix everything with a spatula.

Step 4

After 6 minutes, add the beef, stir, and cook for another 3 minutes to heat the meat thoroughly.

Step 5

Reduce the heat to low. In a small skillet, fry the eggs.

Step 6

Serve the meat divided onto 2 warm plates, topped with the eggs.
