  • Prosciutto - 3.5 oz
  • Veal Tenderloin - 24.7 oz
  • Sage - 3 stalks
  • Butter - 2.8 oz
  • Dry White Wine - 8 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Preheat the oven to 482°F. Tenderize the fillet pieces to a thickness of about one centimeter. Season with salt and pepper.

Wrap each cutlet with slices of prosciutto. If the pieces are quite large, you can cut them in half for easier handling. Place a few sage leaves on each one.
