- Sargan - 8.8 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Fish Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Lime - 1 piece
Step by Step guide

Thoroughly wash the fish.
Step 2
Dry the fish with a paper towel.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Add butter and melt it.
Step 5
Place the fish in the skillet. Fry for 2 minutes.

Squeeze the juice of the lime along with the pulp.

Add salt.

Flip the fish and fry for another 2 minutes.
