Sauerkraut Salad with Cranberries
Ingredients
- Cranberries - 0.4 oz
- Sauerkraut - 8.8 oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Thistle Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red Onion - ½ head
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the cranberries and dry them.
Step 2
Then chop them finely.
Step 3
Place the sauerkraut in a deep bowl.
Step 4
Add the cranberries.
Step 5
Finely chop the onion.
Step 6
Add the onion to the salad.
Step 7
Chop 2 cloves of garlic finely.
Step 8
Add to the salad. Press the other 2 cloves through a garlic press.
Step 9
Mix well.
Step 10
Sprinkle with pepper and dress with oil.
Step 11
Mix again and serve.
