- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Sausages - 8 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Pickled Chanterelles - 5.3 oz
- Spanish onions - 1 head
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs. Sift the flour into a large bowl, add a pinch of salt. Make a well in the center, pour in the eggs and half of the milk. Mix and whisk. Gradually add the remaining milk while whisking to form a smooth batter. Season with salt and pepper, cover with a damp cloth, and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 428°F. Use a large baking dish, grease it with vegetable oil, and place it in the oven for 5 minutes to heat the oil. Then place the sausages in the dish, brush with oil, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the champignon mushrooms in half or smaller, as you prefer. Sauté them in a pan with finely chopped onion.
Step 4
Remove the dish with the sausages from the oven, spacing them sufficiently apart. Distribute the mushrooms with the onion around each sausage, then pour the dough over everything.
Step 5
Place the dish in the oven for 25–30 minutes and bake until the dough rises and is covered with a golden crust.
Step 6
Remove the dish from the oven, separate the sausages from each other, and serve hot with sauce to taste.
