  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - ¼ cup
  • Mayonnaise - 1.6 oz
  • Shallot - 1 head
  • Savoy Cabbage - 21.2 oz
  • Radicchio Lettuce - 24.7 oz
  • Fresh Red Pepper - 1 piece
  • Dried Cranberries - 2.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

To prepare the Savoy cabbage with radicchio, mix the vinegar, juice, and honey in a bowl.

Step 2

Combine with the oil, then with the mayonnaise and shallot.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a jar, cover with a lid, and let sit for 2 hours.

Place the thinly sliced cabbage, radicchio, and pepper in a large bowl.
