- Scallops - 2 lbs
- White bread - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 2.3 oz
- Salt - 0.5 oz
- Tomatoes - ½ kg
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.2 oz
- Mint - 0.7 oz
- Schisandra berry - 0.2 oz
- Oregano - 0 oz
- Sugar - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté 50 grams of onion in butter, then grind it together with scallop fillets and bread using a meat grinder.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, garlic, and chili pepper, and sauté them in olive oil. Add the tomatoes and spices, and cook until thickened. At the end, stir in the mint and lemon balm, and let it steep.
Step 3
Fry the patties in a skillet until golden brown, then finish cooking in the oven at 356°F for seven to eight minutes. Heat the sauce and add diced tomatoes. On a plate, first layer the sauce, then place the patties on top of the sauce. Garnish with herbs and black salt.
