Description
In this recipe, you can use any bacon or ham. Remember that this is a salty product, and it's better to season the finished dish on the plate to your taste.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Turkey - 1 slice

- Potato - 1 piece

Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into large pieces.

Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 6
Place all the ingredients on a plate.
Step 7

Step 11
Add the tomatoes and onion to the frying pan, add 1 tablespoon each of clarified butter and vegetable oil, stir, and cook covered for about 10 minutes.

Step 13
Make small indentations in the mixture and carefully crack in the 4 eggs one by one (try not to break the yolk).
Step 14
Cook on medium heat for about 7 minutes.
