  • Hard Cheese - 1.1 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Chili Flakes - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 0.5 oz

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
