- Sea Bass - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
- Rosemary - to taste
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 2.1 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Dill - to taste
- Courgette - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to maximum.
Step 2
Gut the sea bass, remove the gills. Make several cuts across the fish.
Step 3
Prepare the marinade: mix olive oil with white pepper, thyme, rosemary, and salt. Coat the sea bass with the marinade.
Step 4
Place the fish in a baking bag. Make several holes in the bag with a toothpick.
Step 5
Put the bag in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 392°F.
Step 6
While the fish is cooking, slice the zucchini and carrot and place them in a steamer or multicooker on the 'Steaming' setting for 15 minutes. Slice the cucumber.
Step 7
Arrange the vegetables on a plate: zucchini, carrot, cucumber. Add olives. Remove the sea bass from the oven and place it on the plate with the vegetables. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
