- Sea Bass - 2 pieces
- Turnips - 3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- 20% Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the two sea bass from bones, skin, and entrails. Separate the fillets, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Peel the carrots, grate them on a coarse grater, and place them at the bottom of the multicooker. Then grate the tomatoes in the same way and place them on top. Lay the sea bass on top and spread sour cream over everything.
Step 3
Pour in the water, set the multicooker to 'Bake' mode for 40 minutes.
