- Sea Bass - 35.3 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10.6 oz
- Cream 22% - 8 fl oz
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Scallions - 0.4 oz
- Dill - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the fish from skin, scales, and fins. Cut into several pieces, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the fish in it, pour the cream over, and top with sliced champignon mushrooms. Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the finished dish from the oven and sprinkle with herbs on top.
