- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Ginger - 1.8 oz
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Green peppercorns - 0.1 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 1 teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame - 1.8 oz

Step 1
Clean the sea bass and remove the gills.
Step 2
Make a sticky coating for the fish using eggs, grated ginger, and oregano. Grind a bit of green pepper in a mortar and mix it with breadcrumbs and both white and black sesame seeds to create the breading.
Step 3
Place the bowls with fish, egg coating, and breading close to the skillet with heated oil and fry first on one side, then on the other.
Step 4
Small fish cook quickly, so be careful not to overcook them. However, drizzle with soy sauce half a minute before finishing frying.
Step 5
Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the cooked fish and serve immediately.
