  • Water - 2 cups
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Oranges - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Fillet the fish, cut it into portion-sized pieces, and drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 2

Cook the rice in salted water with oil, add the fish, and cook for another 10 minutes. Cool down.

Step 3

Peel the oranges and slice them thinly, cut the onion into rings. When serving, garnish with onion rings, orange slices, and parsley.
