- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Ground ancho chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Vinegar essence - ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil - ⅓ cup
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Soak the chili peppers in water, remove the seeds and membranes, and chop them in a food processor along with the garlic, vinegar, and salt.
Step 2
Coat the fish with the prepared sauce and fry on both sides in oil until a crust forms. Coat again with the sauce and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
