Description

Incredibly delicious fish for garlic lovers. The sweet meat and lemon-garlic flavor will drive you crazy!

Ingredients

  • Sea Bass - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Soy Sauce - to taste
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Spices - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Gut and clean the fish, place it on foil.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce: mix soy sauce, olive oil, grate lemon to taste, squeeze juice from half a lemon (no more needed), crush the garlic, add salt and spices to taste. Pour the sauce into the belly of the fish and drizzle it on top.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 356°F (356 degrees Fahrenheit) in 'top and bottom' mode, bake for about 30-40 minutes. Check the appearance of the fish; it should not burn too much.
