- Fresh Rose Hips - 2 sprigs
- Flaky sea salt - to taste

- Lemon - 1 piece

Step 1
Gut the fish, rinse it, rub the outside with pepper and salt, place a sprig of rosemary inside, and wrap it in foil.
Step 2
Place in a baking dish, cover with a lid, and put in the oven at 356°F for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Once cooked, remove the fish from the foil and fillet it using a spoon, separating the skin, head, tail, bones, and fins.
