Ingredients
- Sea Buckthorn - 2 lbs
- Water - 4 qt
- Gin - 1½ l
- Sugar - 17.6 oz

Step 1
First, prepare the sea buckthorn juice: pour one kilogram of frozen sea buckthorn berries into a large pot, blend with an immersion blender or simply mash with a potato masher to release the juice from the berries.
Step 2
Then pour in 3-4 liters of water and bring to a boil. Next, add 500 grams of regular white sugar. No more than that: the sea buckthorn should not lose its natural tartness. Boil for 10-15 minutes, then strain. That's it, the juice is ready.
Step 3
Infuse gin and berry juice in a ratio of one to two for two days.
