- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.1 oz

- Green peppercorns - ½ g

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pre-cook the rice.
Step 2
In a heated skillet, sauté whole garlic cloves, then in the same oil, sauté diced yellow and red bell peppers and diced red onion.
Step 3
Add pieces of chicken breast coated in cornstarch and fry until cooked through.
Step 4
Add green peas, cooked rice, mussels in shell, peeled shrimp, salt, pepper, curry spices, chopped parsley, and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Before serving, garnish with cilantro leaves and lime wedges.
