  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Basil - to taste
  • Capers - 1.8 oz
  • Lemon - ½ piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thaw the seafood and boil in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain the water.

Step 2

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix the oil with the juice of half a lemon, add crushed garlic, chopped capers, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

In serving glasses prepared for the cocktail, place lettuce leaves at the bottom, then add the cocktail, and drizzle with the dressing. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped basil.
