Ingredients

  • Seafood cocktail - 26.5 oz
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Olive Oil - 4 fl oz
  • Arugula - 1½ bunches
  • Iceberg Lettuce - 1½ bunches
  • Marinated cherries - 5.3 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

While the seafood is boiling, prepare the sauce: mix olive oil with crushed garlic and oregano.

Step 2

Place the seafood in a pan and pour ¾ of the sauce over it, sauté for about 10–15 minutes, and transfer to a plate lined with arugula, drizzle with the remaining sauce, season with salt, squeeze lemon juice, and garnish with tomatoes.
