- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.8 oz
- Dry White Wine - 1 fl oz
- Cream - 5 fl oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 0.2 oz
- Mussels - 1.8 oz
- Shrimp - 3.5 oz
- Squid - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 0.2 oz
- Ground Nutmeg - 0 oz
- Ocean salt - 0.1 oz
- White Pepper (whole) - 0 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Seafood (shrimp, squid rings, mussels in their shells) and garlic slices are sautéed in olive oil. White wine, heavy cream, tomato sauce, salt, white ground pepper, and nutmeg are added.
Step 2
Mix with boiled pasta (of your choice), then add sliced basil. When serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
