Ingredients
- Fish - 3.5 oz
- Squid - 3.5 oz
- Shrimp - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Parsley - to taste
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the fish fillet, squid, and shrimp in cucumber brine or salted water, then cool.
Step 2
Slice the fish and squid into thin pieces, and peel the shrimp.
Step 3
Boil the egg hard, cool it, peel, and chop finely.
Step 4
Wash the herbs, dry them, and chop finely.
Step 5
Combine the seafood with the egg and herbs, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Mix the mayonnaise with the sour cream and use this mixture to dress the salad.
Step 7
Place it in a salad bowl, garnish with parsley leaves and lemon slices.
