Seafood Salad with Cheese and Herbs
Ingredients
- Squid - 3.5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 2 teaspoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.5 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 2.5 oz
- Pistachios - 1.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Pitted olives - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the cucumber into fairly thin half-moon pieces.
Step 2
Mix the cooked rings of squid and shrimp with the cucumber, chopped herbs, nuts, and olives (large olives can be halved). Combine with mayonnaise (no more than 2 teaspoons).
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add half to the prepared mixture, then place everything on a flat plate.
Step 4
Cut the egg into long wedges and carefully place them on top of the salad.
Step 5
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
