Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 2.5 oz
- Squid - 1.8 oz
- Marinated cherries - 3 pieces
- Pistachios - 0.7 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Lime - ½ pieces
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the squid and cut it into strips.
Step 2
Tear the iceberg lettuce leaves by hand. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Place the pine nuts in a dry skillet and lightly toast them, shaking the skillet frequently.
Step 4
For the dressing: mix the juice of half a lime with olive oil. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Step 5
Arrange all the ingredients on a plate and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle pine nuts on top.
