Ingredients

  • Onion - 24.7 oz
  • Bullheads - 24.7 oz
  • Carrot - 3.5 oz
  • Tomatoes - 0.2 oz
  • Garlic - 1.8 oz
  • Baking Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
  • Apple Wine - 0 fl oz
  • Olives stuffed with lemon - 24.7 oz
  • Basil - 1.8 oz
  • Dried Rosemary - 3.5 oz
  • Seafood cocktail - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the broth, sauté the carrot and onion, wrap the bullheads in cheesecloth, and submerge them in boiling water with the vegetables.

Step 2

Cook for one hour.

Step 3

Grate the tomatoes, chop the onion and garlic into small cubes, and sauté everything in a pan.

Step 4

Blend the canned tomatoes and add them to the sauté along with the broth, wine, olives, basil, and dried oregano.

Step 5

Simmer on low heat until thickened.

Step 6

Grill the seafood and combine it with the sauce.

Step 7

Season with spices.
