Ingredients
- Onion - 24.7 oz
- Bullheads - 24.7 oz
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 0.2 oz
- Garlic - 1.8 oz
- Baking Tomatoes - 3.5 oz
- Apple Wine - 0 fl oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 24.7 oz
- Basil - 1.8 oz
- Dried Rosemary - 3.5 oz
- Seafood cocktail - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the broth, sauté the carrot and onion, wrap the bullheads in cheesecloth, and submerge them in boiling water with the vegetables.
Step 2
Cook for one hour.
Step 3
Grate the tomatoes, chop the onion and garlic into small cubes, and sauté everything in a pan.
Step 4
Blend the canned tomatoes and add them to the sauté along with the broth, wine, olives, basil, and dried oregano.
