- Frozen White Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Frozen squid rings - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Orange zest - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 head
- Pattypans - 4 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Garlic Scapes - 3 pieces
- King Prawns - 10.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Young zucchini - 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a deep baking tray with olive oil using a brush and place the frozen products — prawns, mussels, and squid rings. Let them thaw.
Step 2
Preheat the oven and start preparing the vegetables and fruits: cut the onion into four pieces, separate the garlic head into cloves (do not peel), remove the seeds and ribs from the bell pepper and cut it into six to eight pieces, slice the red chili pepper lengthwise and remove the seeds and ribs, cut the young zucchini in half lengthwise, cut the small pattypans into four pieces, slice the lemon, and divide the orange into wedges. Prick the tomato and transfer everything to the baking tray. Top with garlic scapes.
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 428°F.
Step 4
After 20 minutes, remove from the oven, sprinkle with cilantro (optional), and discard any unopened mussels.
