Ingredients
- Fish - 5.3 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 5.3 oz
- Cucumbers - 1.8 oz
- Eel - 1.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 4.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the fish, potatoes, and hard-boil the eggs.
Step 2
Set aside some fish, lettuce, and half an egg for decoration.
Step 3
Slice the cucumbers, pickled and marinated (cornichons), boiled fish, and eggs into thin slices.
Step 4
Roughly chop the lettuce leaves.
Step 5
Gently mix everything, season with salt and mayonnaise, and place it in a mound in a salad bowl, previously decorated with a lettuce leaf.
Step 6
Garnish the salad with slices of fish and rounds of hard-boiled eggs.
Step 7
In addition to mayonnaise, you can use 'Southern' sauce.
