Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2.8 oz
- Eel - 1.8 oz
- Cucumbers - 2.8 oz
- Safflower Oil - 0 fl oz
- Vinegar essence - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Step 2
Peel the cucumbers and slice them into rounds.
Step 3
In a salad bowl, place the lettuce cut into three to four pieces, and alternately layer the tomatoes and cucumbers on top.
Step 4
Drizzle the salad with sunflower oil mixed with vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Sprinkle with parsley.
