Ingredients
- Carrot - 4.2 oz
- Radish - 4.2 oz
- Cucumbers - 4.2 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Basil - 0.7 oz
- Cilantro - 0.7 oz
- Mint - 0.7 oz
- Citrus dressing - 5.6 oz
- Ocean salt - 0.7 oz
- Olive Oil - 7 fl oz
- White Balsamic Cream - 4 spoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 4 spoons
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the carrot and slice it into thin rounds using a slicer or any other tool for thin slicing.
Step 2
Cut the radish in the same way as the carrot.
Step 3
Then soak both vegetables in ice water — they will become crispy and vibrant.
Step 4
Slice the cucumber into thin rings.
Step 5
Slice the sweet tomatoes into wedges.
Step 6
Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 7
Add fresh herbs such as basil, mint, and cilantro. You can also use chervil, tarragon, and sorrel. The more herbs you add, the fresher the dish will taste.
Step 8
Prepare the dressing. To do this, mix olive oil, balsamic glaze, lemon juice, and sugar.
Step 9
Mix all the salad ingredients with the dressing.
Step 10
Sprinkle with sea salt. Serve!
