Description

Lingonberries can be replaced with cranberries. If you don't like oil (any vegetable oil, but it's better to use olive oil), you can substitute it with mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • Dark red seaweed - 8.8 oz
  • Lightly Salted Red Fish - 7.1 oz
  • White Beans - 14.1 oz
  • Lingonberry - 3.5 oz
  • Spanish onions - 1 head
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Drain the liquid from the can of seaweed, if any.

Step 2

Cut the salmon into strips.

Step 3

Drain the liquid from the can of beans.

Step 4

Slice the onion lengthwise.

Step 5

Use frozen lingonberries (or cranberries).

Step 6

Gently mix everything together.
