Step 1
In boiling milk with 5 g of butter, gradually add the semolina while stirring quickly with a spoon, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes; then add the raw egg, mix well, and divide into 2–3 patties.
Step 2
Simultaneously, cook the meat, pass it through a meat grinder twice, spread it on the patties, seal the edges to form a pie, coat in flour, and fry.
