  • Semolina - ½ cup
  • Cranberry - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Cream - ½ cup
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the cranberries, crush them, and squeeze out the juice.

Step 2

Pour 2.5 cups of water over the pulp and bring to a boil.

Step 3

Strain the resulting broth, add sugar and salt, and bring to a boil again.

Step 4

Dissolve the semolina in the cranberry juice, pour in the boiling syrup, and cook on low heat until thick.

Step 5

Spread the hot porridge evenly on a greased baking sheet, let it cool, and cut into portion-sized pieces.

Step 6

Serve with whipped cream.
