Description
This is a common Korean appetizer, especially good with first courses. If you enjoy spiciness, feel free to add more pepper. But don’t overdo the sauce, or the salad will lose its freshness. If possible, use sesame oil instead of vegetable oil. Also, don’t prepare too much; after a while, the cucumbers lose their freshness and crunchiness and become rubbery.
