- Grapeseed Oil - 25 fl oz
- Sesame Oil - 12 fl oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Dijon Mustard - 3.5 oz
- Honey - 8.8 oz
- Carob gum - 3.2 oz
- Mizukan Sauce - 7 fl oz
- Dried Chili Pepper - 0.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the egg yolk, mustard, honey, carob syrup, mitsukan, chili pepper, and soy sauce in a blender and blend on low speed.
Step 2
Turn on the blender at full power and gradually pour in the chilled grape seed oil and sesame oil in a thin stream. Blend until you achieve a smooth and uniform mixture.
