Description
Recipe taken from the magazine 'Culinary Practice'.
Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 70.5 oz
- Onion - 5 pieces
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Dry adjika - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the pork and dry it with paper towels.
Step 2
For the marinade, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and dry adjika.
Step 3
Cut the meat into cubes.
Step 4
Peel the onions and slice them into rings.
Step 5
In a bowl, combine the meat and onions, and pour the marinade over them. Mix thoroughly to ensure each piece of pork is coated in the marinade.
Step 6
Let it marinate for 2 hours at room temperature. You can leave it overnight, in which case it's better to refrigerate the meat.
Step 7
Season the meat with salt, then thread it onto skewers.
Step 8
Grill the shashlik over hot coals, avoiding flames, until cooked (30–40 minutes).
Step 9
Serve with fresh vegetables.
