- Ketchup - 8 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 2 fl oz
- Sherry - 2 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.7 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 0.4 oz
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 0.2 oz
- Liquid Smoke - 0.2 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, soy sauce, sherry, lemon juice, brown sugar, ginger, mustard, liquid smoke, garlic, and lemon zest. Place over high heat and bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly and the volume reduces to 360 ml.
Step 2
Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator. Serve with shrimp.
