Shirataki Fettuccine with Chicken Liver
Ingredients
- Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Cognac - 4 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 piece
- Leek - 1.4 oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 teaspoon
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop both types of onion coarsely.
Step 2
In a preheated deep skillet, add the liver to the oil.
Step 3
After 3 minutes, flip the liver.
Step 4
Add the onion.
Step 5
After 1–2 minutes, pour in the cognac, stir, and reduce the heat.
Step 6
Cover with a lid.
Step 7
After 7 minutes, stir again.
Step 8
Add salt and pepper.
Step 9
Add the sour cream. Stir well.
Step 10
After 1 minute, add the mayonnaise.
Step 11
Rinse the shirataki in cold water.
Step 12
Add the noodles to the liver, season with chili pepper. Stir.
Step 13
After 2 minutes, add the sumac. Stir again.
Step 14
Remove from heat, transfer to a deep dish, and serve.
