Shirataki Noodle Stir-Fry with Turkey
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Ramiro Pepper - 2.1 oz
- Leek - 1.4 oz
- Eggplants - 4.1 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dried onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) - ½ teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame - 2 tablespoons
- Black sesame seeds - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the pepper into large pieces.
Step 2
Cut the eggplant into large cubes.
Step 3
Chop the leek into large pieces.
Step 4
Cut the turkey into small cubes.
Step 5
Combine the chopped ingredients in a deep bowl. Dress with soy sauce.
Step 6
Add olive oil and mustard.
Step 7
Season with spices.

Mix thoroughly and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Then transfer to a dry, hot deep frying pan.

After 3 minutes, reduce the heat to medium, stir, and cover with a lid.

After 5–6 minutes, stir and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Add the rinsed shirataki noodles. Mix well.

After 3–4 minutes, remove from heat and transfer to a deep dish. Serve, sprinkled with a pinch of white and black sesame seeds.
