Ingredients
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Chicken fillet - 8.8 oz
- Ramiro Pepper - 3.4 oz
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Coconut Milk - 3 fl oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the pepper into small pieces.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Cut the turkey into cubes.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Sauté the turkey over high heat for about 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the curry powder. Then stir and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 6
Add the pepper.
Step 7
Add the garlic. Stir well.
Step 8
Rinse the shirataki noodles with cold water.
Step 9
After 5–6 minutes, add the shirataki noodles to the turkey.
Step 10
Add the ground chili. Stir well.
Step 11
After 2 minutes, pour in the coconut milk. Stir. Simmer over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
Step 12
Transfer to a bowl and serve.
