Shirataki Rice Poke
Ingredients
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 5.3 oz
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
- Dorbly Cheese - 0.9 oz
- Enoki mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Bacon - 1.8 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Butter - 0.5 oz
- Red Curry Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Chili Flakes - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the shirataki rice in cold water.
Step 2
Finely chop the bacon and place it in a preheated skillet over high heat. Fry, stirring, for 2–4 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the bacon to a separate bowl.
Step 4
Slice the mushrooms and add them to the skillet with the remaining bacon fat.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 6
Transfer the mushrooms to a plate.
Step 7
Melt the butter in the skillet used for frying the bacon and mushrooms.
Step 8
Add the sliced chicken to the skillet.
Step 9
Season with salt and pepper. Fry over high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 10
Add the curry powder.
Step 11
Stir and reduce the heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
Step 12
Transfer to a deep dish.
Step 13
Add the rice to the same skillet and set to high heat.
Step 14
Add a little salt and pepper.
Step 15
After a minute, stir and pour in the cream.
Step 16
After 2 minutes, add the cheese and stir again. Once the cheese melts, remove from heat.

Place all the ingredients in a deep dish without mixing them together. Season the rice with chili flakes. Done!
