Shirataki Rice with Duck
Ingredients
- Duck Skin - 10.6 oz
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Sumac - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - ½ teaspoon
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the duck breast.
Step 2
Heat the mustard oil with a pinch of coarse salt in a skillet.
Step 3
Add the chopped duck to the oil.
Step 4
Season with the pepper blend.
Step 5
Stir after 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Add sumac. Reduce the heat.
Step 7
Rinse the shirataki in cold water.
Step 8
After 2–3 minutes, add the rice to the duck and stir.
Step 9
Stir again after 1 minute.
Step 10
Add sesame seeds.
Step 11
After another minute, pour in the sauce and stir.
Step 12
Add the mustard and remove from heat.
Step 13
Transfer to a deep dish and serve.
