Shirataki Rice with Turkey
Ingredients
- Shirataki Rice - 7.1 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 5.3 oz
- Dorbly Cheese - 1.8 oz
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Turkey - 5.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chili Flakes - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a heated skillet, add the ground turkey. Sauté over high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 2
Season with salt and stir.
Step 3
Add the ricotta cheese and reduce to medium heat. Mix well.
Step 4
Add black pepper.
Step 5
After 3–4 minutes, add the cream. Stir.
Step 6
After 2 minutes, add the dorbly cheese.
Step 7
Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes.
Step 8
Rinse the shirataki rice in cold water.
Step 9
Add the shirataki to the turkey mixture. Stir and sauté for 2–3 minutes over high heat.
Step 10
Transfer to a bowl, season with chili flakes, and serve.
